I found a great sale on chicken last week, so this week will be pretty chicken-heavy. Here’s my dinner plan:
- Chicken Salad Club Sandwiches
- Chicken Tacos
- Homemade Pizza
- Hamburgers with Mushroom Cream Sauce
- Easy Soup & Salad Night
- Chicken Pot Pies
- Leftovers/Eat From the Pantry night
LUNCH: After watching the movie Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead (free for Prime members), hubby and I have been juicing since Jan. 1st and we replace 1-2 meals with it. Otherwise we have a salad for lunch.
BREAKFAST: We have been trying to move the kids away from eating cereal for breakfast, and have been making eggs, toast or pancakes. With so many mouths to feed, we have saved quite a bit of money by going with homemade for breakfast!
