**TARGET COUPON POLICY UPDATE**
Target has made a few changes to their coupon policy. Head over HERE to read it. In a nutshell:
- There is now a limit of (4) like coupons per transaction
- Returns of items purchased using Manufacturer Coupons may receive coupon value returned in the form of a Target GiftCard. This one I like, because at most stores the coupon value of returned items is lost.
