Update: Stamps.com version 7.6. According to the instructions on the website, here are the system requirements:
~Windows 2000/XP/Vista.
~64 MB of RAM for Windows XP; 512 MB of RAM for Windows Vista. Minimum 800 x 600 screen resolution and 256 colors.
