After seeing the Northwest Cherries in person at Sam’s, I felt it necessary to buy two boxes. One wasn’t gonna cut it. I also picked up a few other necessities for the recipes I had in mind.
The centerpiece of our cherry-filled afternoon was this scrumptious Cherry Cobbler. But I didn’t stop there.
This my dear friends, was the main dish. Cherry Jalapeno Chicken. Sweet. Spicy. Amazing.
I couldn’t resist carrying the theme along into our beverage. Cherry Punch. The kids were so impressed.
Mmm-hmm. Homemade Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream…
With what? Cherry syrup on top! Can’t ya just taste it?

The Northwest cherries found at Sam’s Club are grown in Washington State, which has rich soil and an arid climate – the perfect environment for producing fresh, flavor filled cherries. Check out the video for more, then head over and pick up a box or two and host your own cherry-themed party! You can get my recipes for the cherry celebration throughout the rest of this week – I’ll be sharing one or two each day. For now, I have a great giveaway to share with you.
