Reader $10 Stockpile Shopping Results

Some of you may have noticed I did not do my stockpile shopping last week (or even this week yet). While I don’t plan on making a habit of skipping weeks, there are some times in life when couponing must take a back seat. My house has been a flurry of activity over the past several days. First, we had the annual IEP meeting for my youngest son to determine educational goals for the upcoming school year. We also have some big end-of-year school projects, recitals and rehearsals for the other kiddos, and not to mention my new book release!

So for now, I have set aside $10 from last week to add to my $10 budget this week so I can catch up as soon as I am able. You can do the same. If you have missed a week or two, don’t stress! Just set aside your budgeted amount and pick up where you left off as soon as you are able.

Reader Heather was able to score everything pictured for just $10.62 after rewards and price matching.  No coupons used!  Here’s how she did it:

Generally, stockpile shopping entails non-perishables, personal care and cleaning items. But Heather has chosen to expand her list to include frequently used perishables. The good thing about the Stockpiling Challenge is that you set goals based on your individual family needs.

Thanks for sharing Heather! You are the first entry for our May $20 Amazon gift card giveaway.
