Meal Planning Monday

Once every month, I plan a weeks worth of baking that will last us for the next 30 days. So in addition to the typical meal plan, I’ll be making up some cookie dough and par-baked pizza crust.

Here’s our Dinner Menu:
Monday: Beef Broccoli Stir-Fry
Tuesday: Chicken Bacon Club Sandwiches
Wednesday: Taco Pie
Thursday: Chicken Enchiladas
Friday: Hamburger with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Saturday: BBQ Chicken on the Grill
Sunday: Big Salad with Grilled Chicken and Homemade Ranch Dressing
