I checked my local Target and they were still regular priced at 49.99. perhaps they're not on sale just yet. I'll check again on Sunday.
The newest version is 49.99. The one from last year is on clearance. At my Target it was mixed in with the new ones, but had a red clearance sticker on it. The boxes look slightly different.
