I blogged about this a few weeks ago, but I just had to share again. The Carleton Sheets No Money Down program is now available online for free. It teaches you how to take advantage of the depressed housing market by buying up property with no down payment, taking cash out at closing, and renting them to pay the mortgage. I paid over $100 for this system in 1997 and used it to buy my first home. It works! Just keep in mind that there are lots of extras they want you to buy – extra DVD’s, 1 on 1 coaching, etc. None if it is necessary.

Stumbled here by doing a search on investing advice. I’m not a mom, or dad for that matter, but I’m glad I stopped by because that link looks pretty valuable to me right now in this current market.
