This isn’t exactly gourmet. But in the hectic days of summer, it’s a super simple way to put a smile on the faces of your kids. No reason to skip dessert just because you’re busy, right?
You Will Need:
Graham Cracker Pie Crust (this time I used store-bought)
1-2 large packages Cook & Serve Chocolate Pudding
1 banana
Whipped Topping

Instructions:
- Prepare pudding according to directions on box.
- Allow to cool.
- Slice bananas and place in the bottom of pie crust
- Top with pudding.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
- Add whipped cream on top (if you like!)

The mini pies are a special treat, because each child has his/her own. These are especially appreciated during the school year as a nice surprise in the lunchbox!
