i tried using my coupon at DG for the bic pens and the press on nails to get them free and was told by them they don’t allow that there to get free product off the coupons, i was so bummed
Hi Angie – there’s nothing in the corporate policy that says that. Cashiers are just filling in the blanks because they don’t understand yet. Some folks are having great luck and others not so much
