Nothing drains more money out of a wallet than an undisciplined food budget. A run to the pizza joint here. An extra trip to the grocery store there. Over time, these little extras add up to huge deficits. Invest some time in creating a meal planning binder filled with your favorite recipes, blank shopping lists and a calendar for making a plan. Make it part of your evening and/or morning routine to examine it and prep food ahead for the following dinner.
For help on creating your own meal planning binder, get my book Operation Dinner – available on Amazon.
