how do i get the coupon booklet? do i just print it from that page?
Hi Katie – the coupon booklets are available near the entrance of most stores. You should see an area with the weekly sale flyers and these booklets. If it isnt there, you can ask any associate and they should be able to get you one =)
The ad states one per customer per offer. How do you purchase 20? Do you get 20 coupon books, 20 individual purchases? Thanks!
Karen – you mean the Walgreens coupon? If you use one Walgreens coupon from one booklet it will automatically scan 20 times if you buy 20 (it calculates how many of your purchases qualify). You only need one Walgreens coupon per transaction =)
I'm new to this so I want to make sure I get what you are talking about so I dont look silly at the cash register. I can buy up to 20 crest toothpaste with just one walgreen coupon as long as I have 20 p&g coupons to match? Im just confused because I normally see a limit like (3) on some of walgreens in store coupons.
Hi- yes, I'm sure you could even do more than 20. Just one monthly coupon will do it, along with 20 (or however many) P&Gs! You'll see the cash register deduct $30 when they scan the one coupon.
Great! I'm going to try it out. I ordered some (P&G coupons) on Ebay like you suggested. I have another question for you. How would newbies like me know that you could use that monthly coupon from walgreens multiple times since it doesnt say on the coupon itself unless im missing it in the coupon booklet somewhere.
I think that's just something that we learn by doing. Or by reading blogs about other peoples Walgreens adventures…

Thanks for the heads up about this deal. I went to check it out today since CO stores tend to be different and a little more. Today I went to try this deal. I order 11 .75 cent coupons off Ebay from one person and 15 from another person. I was just going to purchase the 11 today because I didnt want to take them all. My Walgreens toothpaste was priced at $2.69 each so w/ the $1.50 Walgreen CP. and 11 manufacturer coupons I only had to pay .44 cent each. I will go back in a few days and get 15 more. Even though they werent .4 cents, .44 cents is great! Also I found out that in order for the deal to work they must scan the manufacturer coupsons FIRST then the Walgreen CP. otherwise it wont take. The cashier didnt know this and when the manager came up he just voided the sale and rang it up again!! I wont have to buy toothpaste for at least 2 years after I make this next trip for the other 15! thanks so much. I just started this coupon thing a few weeks ago and I have saved so much money. On this 1 trip to walgreens after coupons and sales I saved $70. My out of pocket was only $20. I had also purchased 4 of the Air Wick automatic freshners that were on sale half off and I had 4 coupons on top of that for an add'l $4 and $5 dollars off!! I racked up in there today!!
