Surprise your little munchkin with a box of his/her favorite cereal along with a sweet wraparound valentine from Lily Jane Stationery. This would be a fun lunchbox treat.  Some of the messages:

  • I’m Cuckoo For You
  • You Make My Heart Swirl
  • I’m Not Playing Trix, I Really Like You!

Easy Summer Treat: Chocolate Banana Pie

June 28, 2012 · 0 comments

This isn’t exactly gourmet. But in the hectic days of summer, it’s a super simple way to put a smile on the faces of your kids. No reason to skip dessert just because you’re busy, right?

You Will Need:
Graham Cracker Pie Crust (this time I used store-bought)
1-2 large packages Cook & Serve Chocolate Pudding
1 banana
Whipped Topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare pudding according to directions on box.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Slice bananas and place in the bottom of pie crust
  4. Top with pudding.
  5. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Add whipped cream on top (if you like!)

The mini pies are a special treat, because each child has his/her own.  These are especially appreciated during the school year as a nice surprise in the lunchbox!

Do you have any super-simple supper treats you like to make? Share them in the comments!
