Arm & Hammer Spinbrush ProClean Review

June 28, 2011 · 0 comments

I grew up in a home where good oral care was a high priority.  Our habits were closely monitored by mom and dad, who insisted we follow a daily routine that included brushing, flossing, brushing again and then flossing again.

Then brushing…and a bit more flossing.

You get the idea.

You can see from the picture above how healthy our smiles were.   That’s me on the right with the red, white and blue checkered shirt.

What can I say, it was the 80’s.

Anyway.  By the time I reached adulthood, these habits were so ingrained in me that passing them down to my kiddos was a no brainer.  So when Arm & Hammer asked me to try the Spinbrush Proclean, well let’s just say it was right up my alley.

If you’ve been following my blog for long, then you might figure I have a basket full of bargain priced toothbrushes in my linen closet.  And you’d be right.  I’ve been using manual brushes for years now, so I honestly wasn’t sure I’d even like a battery powered brush.

But after using the Spinbrush Proclean for three weeks now, I must tell you that I really do feel a lot better about the health of my teeth.  I feel like my brushing is more effective at removing plaque and buildup – and I even find myself brushing longer than usual.

Dad would be so proud.

The best feature in my book is shown in this photo above.  See the round set of bristles at the top of the brush?  They move in a circular motion while the rest of the brush moves back and forth.  It reminds me of a buffer you might use to polish your car.  So cool.  Feels like I am buffing the gunk off my teeth!  Plus the brush head and batteries are replaceable so I don’t have to buy a new brush every month.  Love.  That.

If you’d like to give this brush a try, it retails for around $8, but you can watch the drug stores for a sale you can match with a coupon for an even better price.

You can stop over HERE to score a printable worth $2 off your next purchase.

This is a sponsored post for Church & Dwight Co., Inc, the maker of ARM & HAMMER branded products, who is compensating me to try different products. Get a $2.00 coupon for ARM & HAMMER Spinbrush then head over to The Switch & Save Challenge where you can enter to win $25,000.
