I just got back from CVS. The All in the photo is 2/$8 as in the ad,NOT 2/$4.
Becky – customers are finding these are scanning at 2/$4 even though they are priced at 2/$8. But only the product listed above in size 26-28 load. The others are still 2/$8.
I scanned mine and it was 2/$8. If I’m close to another store I’ll check again.
