When you’re a mom on a budget, the holidays can be a bit stressful. Especially when trying to decorate your home on a dime. That’s why I’ve been excited to find so many ways to use simple affordable ornaments! Here’s another example. Mikael from Starter Home to Dream Home used simple Christmas bulbs and a bit of ribbon to create these lovely Ornament Balls for her banister!
Then she purchased some styrofoam cones and created these beautiful matching trees! She claims she isn’t crafty, but I’m not sure I believe her…

I used to make these Christmas ball trees with my Mom! Sweet memories!
I made one of these in a pink and silver scheme for my daughter’s room. I still love this style and am now inspired to make another one this year!
